Wow life has been crazy. I got my cert 2 weeks ago and all the sudden my days start at 4 am and go until 10 pm. Its stressful and crazy but surprisingly I love it, I feel like I have found my thing. Ya know the thing that you spend your whole life looking for that your really good at, enjoy, and could do it the rest of your life. (I may just be really excited because its the only new thing in my life right now), but its been so fun to build these relationships with people where they put all their trust in you to help them change their lives. They call and text you at all hours of the day asking for questions on what to eat, and what shoes to buy. I love feeling appreciated and on a side note I am damn good at personal training!

Im still looking for new clients so if anyone knows anyone that may be interested please let me know, and we can come do a free assessment for them!!

So life has been insanely crazy. About a week before school started I decided to change my schedule from 15 credits to 3 credits because Keaton approached Jake and I about a new idea he had for a company called MoFit which is short for mobile fitness. The company is in home fitness training where the trainers bring all the equipment and the fitness plan to the clients home. Its been so exciting for Jake and I because we are getting ownership in the company for doing all of the marketing and I am going to be one of the trainers. I am so so excited. Fitness has been such a huge part of my life over the last 2 years and I have grown such a love and desire to learn. So I shortened my schedule and for the last three weeks I have been working on my NASM Cert which is one of the hardest personal training certifications you can get. I plan to take my test the 1st week in October and have seriously been cramming my brain with as much information as it can hold. But I love It. I am so excited for this new opportunity and to help people change their lives.

Its been crazy the response we have gotten from this program its almost like people have been dying for someone to come up with this idea so they could receive all the benefits of training but not have to suffer embarrassment from the gym, or try and find a baby sitter, but best of all this program has been motivating for people to get in shape knowing once they set the appointment there will be a trainer at their door and ready to inspect their cupboards for any junk that doesnt allow for their fitness plan.

So friends and family spread the word and if you come across anyone who is interested please let me know. Pricing is really inexpensive for training and we do a free first assessment.

Oh my gosh I have been crying of laughter all day long, and those of you who are family and know my grandparents I hope will be also.

So this is a screen shot of a pic the D'ettes took at a football game and posted it in their albums on facebook. I love how my very supportive grandparents showing up to all of our activities ended up being tagged as "cute old couple" on the D'ettes profile.

All they wanted to do was watch Carter play football... I think this will be in our family forever!! I need to get this printed and put in our family album.

Holy Cow I have no clue how I am at work right now, I am so stoked about the game today and my mind is only focused on 1 thing. I love the Utah Games and I am so excited to see how this season will turn out being in the Pac 12. Good things are about to come our way. I put on my facebook page this morning and its so true ever since I put my new shirt on this morning I have been singing the Utah song in my head haha . My dad would be so proud. Him and my family are all leaving at 3:30 to go tailgating.. is that dedication or what.

Cubicles

Agh... Can I just tell you how much I hate cubicles. Right now our sales office is in a entrepreneur launch office and I am in a cubicle along with 40 other new businesses and it is so distracting listening to other peoples conversations when they have nothing to do with what you are trying to work on. The worst is when they have a conference call on the speaker phone. Its 10:16 and the head phones are already on.

I know all I do is blog about work, I guess its because I kinda feel confused and not sure where this job is going to take me. If only I had the glass globe to show me what I am supposed to be doing. When I first started at Sage Displays the whole idea was that I would help Dave and Tammi run and build this company. Well business has been SO SLOW and now all the sudden I have become the Project Manager instead of just doing everything. So the things that were keeping me busy all day is not part of my responsibilities, and I have nothing to do because there aren't enough jobs coming in to keep me busy. I guess only time will tell until I know what I really need to be doing.

On a side note thanks Whit and Chels for your suggestions, we actually just went to Loews about the concrete stain and they told us everything we needed to get the job done. We are going to start it this weekend so ill have to post some picture.

PS I am really starting to dread Tuesdays: Leg Day! I seriously almost puked at the gym today. Stupid Keaton taught me not to stop doing legs until 1 you collapse, or 2 puke. Mission accomplished.

So today it is now 12:08, Tammi called me at 8:00 to say that they were shipping a clients display and will be in shortly.... hmm still not here. My computer is a P.O.S and wont start so here I am on my laptop full of frustrations and desperately feeling like its time for a change. How do you grow a small business when your resources are limited and the only one motivated.

This is to hope of better days!

We are finally finishing my parents basement and walls are up and ready to paint but the next step is the floor. We are going to stain the concrete which will look so awesome but we do have a problem of not knowing where to start.. Any ideas??

PS Im not trying to complain... just extremely bored!

Meeting last week was very interesting and not so much what I had expected. Looking at my last post and then reliving the actual experience its quite comical. Picture 250 completely wasted women in mini skirts, and music. Haha not quite the environment I was expecting and really quite a waste of time. What I was expecting was completely based off of Tammi's experience last year and after the drastic change of this year I think we both decided that it is really not worth our time or money next year. I did however make some new friends the hope is that they will remember me next time I see them.

The last two weekends we have been up at my grandparents cabin. Can I just tell you how beautiful and green it is up there is Heber City. It still amazes me that there is still snow up on the very top of the mountains and summer is almost over.

Today is my non-motivating day, and my bosses are driving me crazy. I think sometimes its unhealthy to spend this much time with a married couple that are always HAPPY... and I could be slightly tired and cranky...

Bad Blogger

I cant believe it has been an entire year since I have last blogged. Jake always tells me I need to take pictures more often which is probably one of the main reasons I stopped blogging, and because life has changed so much I just didnt think to stop and document. But really life is great, Jake and I have changed so much in the last year its crazy to look back and think what last summer was like. We each have new jobs and actually feel like we are starting a career, which is exciting, but also kinda intimidating.

Tonight my boss and I are attending a banquet for the Salt Lake Chamber where there are going to be over 300 successful women, to be completely honest I am freaked out. I have never been very good with girls and I am noticing more often the more events I attend people give me the look like "what is this teenager doing at an event like this" I feel like my drive and motivation is so much more advance than my looks and the only time I really get intimidated is when I have to network with these wise and advanced successful women who often look at me like a child. I need to find a way tonight to show that I may be young but I am smart and educated, and have a drive and potential to be successful that most people my age never have. One day I will be that hot shot business woman I just really need to get over the fear of how people judge my appearance. I want to be taken seriously, and I want to get a ton of business out of tonight's event.

Well I guess I will let my nerves to keep taking a toll on me. Wish me luck.

By the way hope everyone is doing well. And I will try and do better. School starts soon, 15 credits and working full time might take over my life.

I am sure many of you are wondering where the Heck we have been, well the question my friends is where havent we been. I am happy to say that my summer has been way to busy to spend time in front of my computer blogging (and its also my excuse for just not doing it). We have had such a fun exciting summer and am so sad to see it is coming to an end. Really though it will be nice our poor swamp cooler just cant find a way to keep the small 1000 sqft home cool. We have had our days where we cant step foot in the house, which is probably why we have found many other ways to spend our evenings.

After my last post we headed to Vegas for Keat and Jens 1 year anniversary. We seriously had a blast and learned something new about all of us on that trip.

In June Jake was lucky enough to fill in for someone who got hurt right before Ragnar and couldnt run the race. So Jake without any training came and concured Ragnar Hill (the mother of all hills). He loved it so much that somehow he convinced me to do it next year. I am not a runner so I seriously and wondering what I got myself into but it will be fun, my whole Snow side of the family put together a team and with all of our competitiveness it should be a riot!

Over the 4th of July we cruised down to lake Powell with my Fam, I dont think many words to need to said to explain how much fun we had. Lets just say we look forward to it every year, if we had to choose Hawaii or Powell.... it would be Powell!

(for those of you who noticed that I am not in this picture, just know that someone had to keep watch of the boat, and also get a perfect tan while doing so.. it was the only pic I could find of the whole group)

Best news of all....I finally got a Mountain Bike. I have been wanting one for years and years and finally we decided to stop being such tight wads and just buy the dang thing. Its been alot of fun, but also discouraging. I have never realized how difficult it is to ACTUALLY Mountain bike, All I can say is thank you helmet for saving my life haha.

Holy Molly I am a slacker at this kind of stuff! Can I just start by telling you all how crazy my life has been. I surprised I even get time to sleep. Work is going great! I love my new job. Its been night and day from before. I am constantly busy, its alot more stressful but I love that about it. I have so much more freedom, and can leave whenever I need to which is so nice especially when going to school at the same time. So school has been crazy busy but I cant wait for this semester to be over. I think I kinda overloaded it this time and seriously learned my lesson that if I try to overload myself to get done faster it may prevent me from getting done at all. So next semester its going to be a little different. It may take me longer to graduate but at least I can make it duable so I can at least go to bed with my husband at night!
So this was a very spontaneous decision but I just got a new car! I am so excited and it is seriously beautiful. I havent had time to take any pictures and then it rained today and now its not super shiny but its a 2010 White Toyota Camry. I love it! I have never owned anything brandnew like this before!
This pic is from the toyota website but it looks identical to my car. Besides the cheesy background! I plan to get some black rims and spice it up a bit but I love it!

New Toy

So last night while I was enjoying a wonderful dinner with my very old best friend, I get home to find Jake has a new toy!

haha my crazy husband thinks he needs a toy for every season! Anyways he decided to trade his snowmobile for this crazy adventurous bike, and we are so excited for summer to come!

PS. I just got my starter kit for Mary Kay and I am so excited. So anyone interested I now have some product and color sheets. But in case you want the real experience there are skin classes on Tuesday nights from 7-8 and Saturday Mornings 9:45- 10:45 its going to be a party!!!!!

Okay So I have this huge ginormous obsession with Mary Kay! Their products are seriously the best out there. If any of you didnt know their products out sale all of the department store brands, MAC, Clinic, Estee Lauder, etc. and they are almost half the price which to me is sweet!

Okay so there is a reason why I am shouting this out.... I have decided to start selling Mary Kay, I just signed up today and I am so excited. The reason why I signed up is because not only do I think the product is fabulous and I want to be that connection for everyone else to fall in love with my greatest production passion (besides Moroccan Oil-Cocaine for Hair) but I also plan to put all the money I make to pay for my tuition. I dont want to take out loans and I think it would be fabulous to graduate with NO debt!

So anyways heres the scoup if any of you are interested, which I sure hope you are! There are classes on Tuesday nights, and Saturday mornings where you go and have access to all the product and get to find out your favorite shades and see what you like the best. If you cant come to the classes I will soon be able to keep my own stock at home for you all to try!

I have to admit, I love rainy days. I love when the sky is super dark and it just rains all day long. Something about it is peaceful and quite. The only thing that makes it difficult is that I have 100 pages of history to read and I keep finding myself drifting off and just wishing I was in bed right now!
So Jake and I are starting P90X March 1st. I am so excited its like consuming my mind, all I do is search on the internet for good deals on weights... the only problem is there isnt any good deals. I didnt realize how flipping expensive weights are like 2 bucks a pound.. yikes! So anyways I think we are just going to do a set with weight plates that you just put on handle bars.. it makes it way cheaper.. but we still need 5 or 10 pound weight plates.. So if any of you out there have any that you would be interested in selling let me know! Ill keep you posted on how the program goes.. I am a little nervous because all I have heard is how intense it is, but really that is exactly what I need. I go to the gym every morning and I feel that no matter what I do it will always be stuck at this certain stage.. so I know for a fact that P90X will take care of that problem and in 90 days I will have a smoking hot body!!!!!!!!!! (thats the plan at least)

So yesterday was that dreaded time for my poor puppy! Jersey had to get spayed. I used to always think it was so pathetic when people would get so attached to their dogs. I never understood that there really is a connection. I never thought the day would come that I would admit how much I freaking love that puppy! even though my house is covered in black dog hair, everything I own has been chewed up at least once, and she is a money pit! but when it comes down to it nobody can make you feel loved like a dog can! So anyways ya Jersey is my girl and she probably is the reason I have no interest in have children right now, but I am completely happy with that! So after we picked Jersey up she seriously didnt want to make eye contact with Jake and I she was just in so much pain and so sad, she moaped around all last night... Im not really sure how much pain she is in or if she is just looking for sympathy because the dr. said she wouldnt have any energy for like 7 days and today she is just dying to play, so I think she was just trying to make me feel guilty, but it worked!

Wow okay.. So you can call me awful, because I am a complete slacker! I am shocked with myself that my last post was way before Christmas. I guess you could say lately life has just been crazy as ever and really I just havent been in the best moods and the feelings I have felt I just wasnt sure I wanted to post for everyone to see! But I am hoping this will get back to normal! I really just need the sunshine.... a vacation would be wonderful right about now!!!!!!!!!! Im sure many of you can relate but towards the end of January and February seriously are awful months, it just brings me into this depression funk! I get so sick of the cold and snow (right now I am wearing a short sleve shirt with my heater on full blast, Just shows how sick I am of the cold haha).
Okay so this is about to get depressing so beware! Since I last posted alot of crap has happened, my grandma Dyer who I just love so dearly passed away with Alzehimers the week before christmas she was in her mid 60's and had been diagnosed when she was 55. It was time for her to go but I think the hardest thing about it all, is that she was such an amazing woman! She is the one that made my mom who she is today, and I never really got to know her that way! I am exicted to get to know her again though when we are all made perfect in the next life! I love you grandma!!!
Okay So then school started! Yikes! I have my last two gen ed classes to take... Botany and History. Shoot me now! These two classes has seriously taken over my life and I hate them very dearly! I am so against generals right now because when will I EVER use plant science in my life... NEVER! Well I just failed my Botany test and in history I am reading the autobio of Fredrick Douglas.. which is really good but so so depressing and I have to read the whole thing in 5 days.. and also work full time, and keep up with Accounting, Economics, Botany, and my Dinky Computer class. So ya this semester sucks!
Another Stressful thing thats been going on is Gramps just had surgery on his prostate! (any of you who know me really well know that me and my grandma and grandpa snow are really close! We are like two peas in a pod. I think that because my other grandma got sick so young really is what led me to get so close to my Gma and Gpa Snow!) So anyways they found out that 100% of my Gpas prostate had cancer. I seriously was in tears for the whole week I found out, but good news is it's the most common form of cancer and they were able to get it all out, and he is now on his way to recovery!!! He is such a trooper! I seriously think he is invincible and can just take on anything! I am so grateful to have the kind of relationship I do with them!
Okay so this post is seriously dragging on, I know! But I just wanted to end with my one and only bit of good news!
I GOT A PROMOTION! which seriously is the biggest miracle in the face of the earth! I have been begging to get off the phones since the day I started so I am so excited. So I am moving my way to accounting, which will be a good way to help me develop some more skills by the time I do graduate, and I can focus more on the Finance part of my degree! I dont know if I have told anyone but I am applying to the Business Admin program in the fall! So we will see how everything will play out! I think life is about to get a whole lot more stressful because now I wont be able to do homework at work.. So I might just disapear again!

We are so excited for Christmas to be here! It is crazy how easily this holiday has consumed our lives this month.

Isnt my husband so stinking cute! I love this picture of him. And I love even more the really old wedding picture in the background. My grandma threw one crazy chaotic Christmas party on Sunday. Santa came and tried to sqeeze in one room with 55 other people. Its funny to me how a situation like that where you can barely move, your sweating like crazy, and feel like your going to peuk because your so clastrophobic can become humorous. We had a great time! I love the holidays and my huge crazy families!

I almost forgot to mention. Last Friday Jakes work had an ugly sweater party. I just have to show you how awful my husband looked haha! I wanted to die but he had this outfit planned for like 2 weeks

Unfortunately I do claim him. Tights and all!

Sledding!

So a while back I mentioned that my grandparents bought a cabin up in Timberlakes!Well last weekend happened to be the first really big snow storm up there. We seriously left it with a foot and a half of snow. So we get to brag and say that we were the firsts to sled down the amazing sledding hill! We had a blast the weather was warm the snow was fresh and we had a blast! here are some of our pictures!

Temple Square

Im sure you all can agree with me when I say temple square is amazing! I love seeing how big of an attraction it is to members and nonmembers. The Salt Lake temple during Christmas time is amazing, and so extremely beautiful!

Jake thinks its kinda corny that I like to take a picture at this spot every year, but he clearly doesn't understand how big of a deal it is when the love of her life asks her to marry him. This was the exact spot, and I will continue to take a yearly picture because that night will forever remain in my head!

With the way I have been blogging lately you probably wont hear from me until after Christmas so hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! Love you all!

Cruise!

Last week Jake and I took a little trip to paradise! About 2 years ago Jakes family planned this cruise it seemed like the day would never come. We went with Jakes family and several friends. We sailed on the Carnival Valor. Its supposed to be one of the biggest ships that carnival has, and it was seriously beautiful. We were a little nervous our cruise would be canceled or redirected due to the horrible hurricane Ida. It was so crazy windy in Miami and was dark and over cast the first day at sea. But lucky for us it went the opposite way.

Our first stop was Grand Cayman. There we went to Sting Ray City. If any of you have been there you understand me when I say it is seriously incredible. So they take you out to the middle of the ocean and all the sudden its only like 4 ft deep and there are just hundreds of sting rays everywhere and they are all slithering around you. I had no idea it would be like that it blew me away. Sometimes I wish I lived closer to the ocean so I could experience that feeling everyday!

[Some of you may think this is porn! But our tour guides promised that if you "french kiss a sting ray you will have good luck for life"]

Our second stop was to Rotan (Honduras) unfortunatly it was a complete down poor that day. We were all so bummed because it is one of the most green and beautiful places I have ever seen. Besides the fact of no sun, we still carried on with our plans. We took a small boat over to a private island and did some of the coolest snorkeling I have ever seen. Where the coral was so high you had to swim in between and the fish were everywhere. This private island took in animals that may be sick, injured, bad behavior, etc. and the owner has to get rid of them. It was so cool They had a jaguare there because its owner had to get rid of her. when she was 6 months old only 75 lbs. she killed a full grown horse! just crused its skull, freaked the heck out of me. This island also had the cuttest monkeys I have ever seen. They would come to the cage and grab your head and then give you kisses! You cant get that and the hogle zoo!

Stop three was belize! There we were not able to take any pictures because we were wet the entire time. We did cave tubing! So you hike through this jungle which is rediculous. The whole time were were saying we felt like we were at Disney Land only this time the scenery was real! after the hike we went on a river ride through this cave. I wish I had pictures to describe what it was like. Like all caves it was pitch black and freezing cold! Over time from the fresh water of the river the cave had develop different transformations (kinda like the rocks in southern utah). it took all day so we werent able to enjoy the rest of the city.

Our last and final stop was to the beautiful Cozumel! We decided not to plan any excursions, we were ready for a day at the beach! The weather was the best we had all trip, and we really just chilled it was great fun and what a wonderful way to end our trip!

Anyways now we are home and hating this crappy winter weather but are excited for the holidays to be here! Im sorry I have been such a slaker lately with my blogging, and I feel like I have fallen off the face of the earth I am going to try and be better but no promises!

First off I have to apologize. I am sure it seems like Jake and I have literally fallen of the face of the earth. Really life has been so crazy busy. Everytime I think about blogging I have a million other things to do and it just hasn't happened for me. Ill just give you a quick update of what has been going on.
First of all. Jake and I bought a snowmobile. Kinda crazy and spontaneous but he is really excited and has already planned trips for this year. Jared bought one with us and Keaton and all his brothers have sleds too so I have a feeling I wont be seeing much of Jake this winter.
I know the picture isnt the best but ours is the one closest to the fence and the other is Jareds.

So of course for Jakes birthday last weekend I spoiled him to a new winter coat. My camera died so I dont have any pictures except for this one of him blowing out his candles.
I know... I think he is cute too!

A couple weeks ago we went up with my sister, her boyfriend, and Jared to go four wheeling at Gpa Russells property in Morgan. It was the perfect time to go the leaves were beautiful and the mountain looked like it was on fire. I seriously love this time of year.

Okay are you ready for the biggest surprise of all. I finally got to see CALEB! It has been 9 months since I last saw him, on his 2nd birthday. I was getting to the point where I was constantly thinking about him and Chris and Jill. It was so good to see him and see how much he has grown. He will be 3 in January its so crazy. He is fully potty trained and is the biggest flirt ever. At first he was really shy when Jersey literally attacked him at the door. But by the end of the night he couldnt leave my lap! I have to tell a cute little story that seriously melted my heart and every time I think about it I want to cry.
So we were going to around and teaching Caleb what everyones names were. Finally Jill (Calebs mom) Pointed to me and said "Caleb who is that?" In a quiet shy voice he says "MORGAN" and then she says "Whos belly did you come from?" and he points to me!! I couldnt believe it. I seriously feel so blessed to have them in my life. It is very rare for a relationship to stay this open after so long. Chris and Jill are amazing parents and Caleb has grown to be such a smart, beautiful, well mannered boy. He is so much fun and I am so thankful for them.

Oh and the last bit of news! My Grandparents are probably the sweetest people in the whole world. This last week they bought a cabin in Timber Lakes which is just east of Heber. They put it in trust so we will forever have this beautiful place to escape to. I was so mad I took pictures of our four wheeling trip but completely missed taking pictures of the cabin. Anyways it is beautiful. 2007 3500 sqft. 4 bdroom 3 bath. The whole place has granit countertops, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, it came fully furnished just top of the line down goose comforters. Anyways you get the gist. Next time we go up I will have to make sure to take some pictures for you all to see how spoiled us Snows really are.
We were able to round 6 fourwheelers, it was so fun to go on a ride with such a big group.

So last week work was crazy busy so I havent had time for quite a while to post our latest and greatest. So ill just give some pics and recaps instead of a 9 page post.

So I have decided to finally go back to school. I am only taking 2 classes decided to take it on slow. I dont want to overwhelm myselft like the last semester I had and then never want to go back. So I only have like 5 more classes of generals but 2 of the classes are seriously going to be intense for my major so I might take them by themselves. I dont know its still kinda up in the air. So I know my major has litterally changed like 10 times but my latest is Radiology! I want to specialize and do Sonography. Which is just a medical word for ultrasounds. But the cool thing is that they are now starting to use ultrasounds to do MRI, CAT scans, and even Radiology Treatments for cancer and other similar diseases. So I am way excited but It probably wont be for like 5 or 6 years until I am done. So hopefully with in the next year or two I can be a full time student and on my way to the medical field.

So for our events!!!!!! Thursday we went to the first U of U game! yay the season has finally began. This is really my favorite time of year when the weather starts to cool down. Life finally calms down and football season begins. I guess growing up with all girls my dad was kinda depressed so somehow he managed to make us all big time football fans. We go to the games. we sit at home and watch games all weekend long. I love it. Anyways here are some pictures from the game!

Friday night we headed up to Park City. It was Keatons 23rd birthday and due to the crappy weather we decided it would be a good place to go. Saturday we decided to get all day passes to the alpine slide, coaster, zip line, and all the other things they have there. We had a really good time and were able to get in some good rides before the rain picked up!

As for today... Labor Day I am unfortunately here at work.. Am I happy about it?? NO!! it absolutly sucks. We have now been open for 2 hours and not a single phone call has come in.. so I am sure you can imagine what kind of day is ahead of me. I am crossing my fingers and hoping that it will be a half day so I cant hit the lake with my family!
Anyways! Life is good, we are happy! Hope everyone has a fun weekend!!

Lynn is a great friend of the Hoskins family, and sense the Hoskins family is pretty much Jake and I's family we were lucky enough to celebrate Lynns 54th birthday with them on Sunday! We had a great time with Cake and Ice cream, random pictures, Lynn kissing everyones' feet and touching our heads, and of course the dancing to Michael Jackson. After Jake taught him some good moves it got the party going and Lynn and Jake became best friends. We had a riot got to love the world of special needs! Happy Birthday Lynn! As many of you know I have a job where I pretty much do nothing all day. Let me tell you it gets quite boring and most of the time I am on the verge of falling asleep. so after going and seeing the proposal which was seriously a hiliarious movie. I saw the previews for the movie, Time Travelers Wife. I decided that sense I have nothing to do at work it would be fun to read the book and go see the movie. So today I just finished the book and I have to tell you it was a great book. It had me hooked from the beginning. So if any of you are bored as well and need a good read I would highly recommend it. I do have to warn all there is quite a bit of swearing and very detailed love scenes, but other than that it is a fast read and quite entertaining. So thanks again Fusion for letting me spend time reading book number 2!!!

I cant believe how crazy Our summer has been. Especially within the last couple of weeks. Jake's sister Emily came into town from Hawaii with her boyfriend Bobby on the 24Th along with all my extended family so life has been crazy trying to plan time with both families and work. On the 23rd we went to the bountiful parade and fireworks with the snow side of the family. It has been a tradition since I can remember and is always fun to get with family again!

After the parade we headed up to the snow family reunion up to Heber. I wish I would have taken pictures we had a blast and the cabin we stayed in was huge! After that on Saturday we rushed back home to go to Jake's family reunion. Last summer Grandpa Russell passed away and in memory of him they have decided to have a reunion every year. This year they celebrated with a luau and Bobby did a fire knife dance that was seriously incredible.
We took most of last week off of work and spent the week up at wolf creek with the Shaw's. We had such a great time boating and just relaxing. Its hard coming back to work when you have a week like that.

We ended the week Sunday up at temple square. Bobby has never been to Utah and we figured there is so much to see downtown. For the first time we went up to the roof of the conference center. It seriously was beautiful. If you have never done so I would high recommend going.

Anyways kinda a crazy couple of weeks but hopefully life will start to slow down once the summer is over but we are having a blast but definitely getting warn out!

We kinda had an interesting night last night. Jakes mom watches Jersey during the day at her house while she is home for the summer (she is a teacher) they live down the street from us, it has been so nice and we couldnt do it without her. When we went to go pick her up after work she told us how she was acting really weird. She is really close to being all the way potty trained and in the 3 weeks we have had her has never once peed in her kennel or crate. She had done both, and about every 10 seconds she was squatting to try and pee but her bladder was completely empty. We werent really sure what to do so we called CJ's dad (the one we got the puppies from) He told us that one of the other dogs died about 2 weeks ago from kidney stones and went through the same thing only he was in pain. So we freaked out.. Jersey wasnt in pain she was still eating just was constantly trying to go pee. So we took her to the Vet last night.

He was not able to get a urnine sample because her bladder was litterally completely empty. But after running a couple test and examining her area.... he was able to make an assumption that Jersey has a bladder infection. So $185 later Jersey is feeling much better but it could be up to 7 days before she is back to normal. Wow I didnt realize how much dogs cost. We thought we were getting a killer deal because she was free but now im starting to think that we will get to the cost real fast after all the late night vet fees.

Hmm... Ten things about me that nobody will know..

1. I am a list freak, everything I do has to have a list.
2. I am a clean freak, If Jake does the smallest thing such as leave his socks on the ground I literally cant sleep until its put away.
3. Summer is my time of year. During the winter I literally hibernate like a bear.
4. I am not a very flaky person and people that are drive me nuts. If I commit to something, you better believe I will be there.
5. I hate being late, Jake moves like a turtle and I seriously cant handle it when I know there are people waiting on me.
6. I love to exercise! There is nothing better than kicking some butt at the gym and feeling fatigued afterward!
7. Cafe Rio is my fav!!! I hate to admit it but Jake and I eat there at least once a week... (maybe thats why I cant loose these 5 pounds.. but its sooo good!)
8. I have a super close relationship with my grandma and grandpa snow! They are awesome! There is nothing better than the same joke said over and over again, and homemade milkshakes and french fries!
9. Lake Powell is my favorite place in the whole wide world!!!!! ( I havent been to many places but its still my fav)
10. Last but not least! I have the most amazing husband in the whole wide world! There is nothing better than late night talks, laughing so hard you can barley breathe, and being with your best friend everyday!

Today is my mom's birthday. I just wanted to write a quick message about what a wonderful woman she is. My mom has got to be one of the most inspirational women out there. Everyday she has influenced my life and has helped me become a better person. She is one of those ladies that is ALWAYS smiling she is really hard to get mad at because she just has this glow about her. My mom is always looking for the good in people. She has always taught me that there is good in everyone. My mom cant say no to anyone. Her whole life is dedicated towards her family, friends, church callings, her students, pretty much anyone you can think of. She spends her days serving others and doing all that she can to help. I cant remember the last time she sat down to do something for herself. She has the best advice. I have found myself even now that I am married always calling her and seeing what she thinks before making a life changing decision. She has such a big heart and is so easy to love. This morning I wake up and Jersey was a little stinker through the night. There was stuff everywhere in my bedroom. She had pulled all of my shoes out of my closet, jakes socks were laying all over the floor, and she had torn her little dental bone into a million pieces. So I was not so happy. I walk into the front room to find my Kitchen towel that hangs on the stove laying on the floor soaking wet... The towel was white and red and you could tell it was slightly discolored to a light yellow. It didnt have much of a smell so Jake and I couldnt tell what had happened. She had no way of getting the towel wet besides her water bowl. So my question is do I have a genius dog? Did she really go grab the towel and pee on it because Jake and I were both asleep and couldnt let her out! HAHA I dont know what to think right now it was so crazy and will forever remain a mystery! But I do have to add that she has only peed in the house twice since we moved in on her first week! Quite impressive!

In the last couple of weeks Jake and I moved into our new rental house and a week later we got to pick up our sweet Jersey! It has taken me quite a while to post some pictures mainly of our house because I kept waiting until the place was cute and decorated but now 3 weeks have gone by and it still remains the same, white and boring! Oh well so the house is pretty small there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bath but as you can see from the pictures that the rooms, and bathroom are TINY! But so far it has been great for us. The backyard is what did the trick. It is perfect for our puppy and will be a good change for now!

So we did all we could to come up with a name. We took her to the 4th of July Kaysville Parade without a name. Everyone was asking so of course Jake told everyone her name was Jersey and It kinda stuck. So this is now her name and I have to admit it has grown on me. She has been so good. She has only gone to the bathroom in our house twice, and has already developed a routine. Kinda crazy I have never been a dog person but she melts my heart. She is so sticking cute!

I think you all know that So you think you can dance is probably one of my most favorite shows! This season has been so good. I am having a really hard time deciding who my favorite dancer because there really have so many great ones. I will be sad to see the results tonight on who has to go. I really would be very content if Caitlin got voted off but I dont think that will happen. I dont know why but her mannerisms drive me nuts. Anyways I think this was the most memorable dance last night. It seriously stunned me. Wade Robson is seriously amazing. Janette Reminded me of Willy Wonka on the new movie haha. Anyway Enjoy!

Wow I didnt realize how long it has been since my last post! Quite a few things have happened. The most exciting news I have is that Jake and I are getting a puppy!!! We are so excited! My sisters boyfriend CJ bred her pure bred black lab a couple of months ago and we are lucky enough to get one of her puppies! They are so cute and we are so excited! We get to take them home on July 4. The only problem is we are having a very difficult time coming up with a name! We are getting a girl so if any of you have any suggestions please let me know because it has been the talk for the last 2 weeks!

Two bits of bad news! Last weekend Jake, myself and my family were meeting my uncle up at the lake to go boating and on the way Jakes power steering in his truck went out, along with the breaks, and the truck began to overheat! We were so bummed so our Friday night consisted of a rest stop outside of Brigham City until Jared was able to come pick us up and tow us home. Its kinda been a battle between the two of them of whos truck is bigger, better, and stronger. There has been multiple times where our great dodge has proven that fact to the Ford, but for the first time Jareds truck came to the rescue and we had to get a picture!

Last bad news...... Jake and I are no longer getting our house! We are way bummed about it and I know this post is already long so I will try to make it short. Jake has decided to officially do Helicopter school. The schooling is really expensive and you have to get all of the funding in order before you can start school so unfortunately we had to choose between our home and our education! It has been really hard for both of us but have lots of searching and thought we have decided that this is the best route to go and there will be plenty of houses again in the future! So anyways there is our bad news but everything is working out just fine and we are excited about what the future has in store for us!

We had a pretty busy weekend with Bachelor/Bachelorette parites, air shows, and BOATING! I am so excited that Boating season has come. It seriously is the one thing that brings my family together because we all enjoy it. Unfortunately it was freezing cold at the lake and me being the chicken I am didnt get in the water and wore sweats the whole time. But it was still fun being out on the lake!

Flight School

A couple of Months ago Jake decided that he wants to be a Helicopter Pilot! It was a huge shocker for me and I am still quite surprised but I know it will be the perfect job for him. I have never seen him so excited to start school and think about what the future holds. So this weekend we went to the Utah Helicopter School in West Jordan. They were having open houses for potential students to come see the campus and experience what it is like to be in a Helicopter. I was lucky enough to get to go for a ride as well. Its is such a crazy feeling being above the ground in such a small machine. I seriously felt like I was on a roller coaster. But the freedom you have is unreal and its such an out of body feeling. Im so excited for Jake to one day get to experience that all day what an office huh! Anyways we are still looking around at schools trying to figure out which one will be the most beneficial for him. Yay Finally a Hole!!! Its only half a hole haha but Jake and I are excited to see that they have at least attempted to start on our house. We have been quite frustrated because 3 weeks ago they said they were going to start our house and wanted to do ours first because they knew we are in a rush. Two weeks later still no hole. We called them and they were like "oh there has been some delays we had to make make sure everything was clear with the bank after we made changes to the floor plan. We will be starting it on Monday though" At this point they had dug 2 holes framed one and started framing another. So Monday we went to go see our hole. There was one but not ours grrrr we were so upset. So we called again haha I know im sure they are sick of us already! But they said we are digging Thursday, and for once we were able to believe them because sure enough we have half a hole!

American Idol

Im sure most of you were expecting this post knowing my love for Adam Lambert. I am seriously so disappointed in America. Adam is seriously one of the most amazing singers there has ever been on this show of all 8 season! He knows it, Kris knows it, and so do all the judges. The thing that ticks me off most of all is because most people didnt vote for him because his personality freaked them out, the way he dressed and his life style. But last time I checked this was a vocal competition and Adam was amazing could sing any song and could hit any notes! Im really sad but I know he will soon write a album and it will be amazing! On a side note, I do really like Kris he held on a really good competition and will write great music and will do so well. Its great so see this young humble man do so well and come so far, He will do great things!
Im really excited though my favorite show of all time starts tonight SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE! I love it and my whole family freaks out during the summer just for this show haha. I swear Im not a TV freak but there are shows that really intrigue me!

Angles and Demons

Jake and I went and saw Angels and Demons on Saturday. The movie did not get really good reviews and after talking to several people they didnt know why because everyone thought they did a really good job. Well after recently reading the book just a few months ago the whole plot is still really fresh on my mind and I have to say I was very disappointed. There were some scenes that turned out really well but all around they cut out way to much information and changed some of the characters and actually didnt even include a character which kinda bothered me. The beginning was really confusing for those who had not watched it because they did not give enough detail as to what is going on and the details to why things happened. Jake really liked it and so did my parents. If you havent read the book I would suggest it, and if you have just keep in mind that there is alot of the really good stuff missing!
We really had such a great busy weekend though. Saturday we also broke in the boat for the first time this season. We seriously froze our butts off because the wind was blowing and the water was so cold. I wore sweats the whole time haha and didnt even get in the water. I am a baby about the cold. But Jake did and tested out his new board and loved it. It got us all so excited for the summer and these nice hot days!

Adams Canyon

Jake and I had a great weekend. The sun was finally out and we could get a taste of the nice spring weather! We went hiking up Adams Canyon Sunday morning and took Jared's dog Cowgirl! She is such a great dog and we had such a great time. I love the summer time and all the fun activities there is to do at anytime of the day. Unfortunately being up there triggered my allergies and I have been miserable all day but at least it is a phase and it will pass by.

Grey's Anatomy

I am starting to feel quite pathetic. Grey's Anatomy has been my favorite show since season one episode 1. Last night they had their 100th episode, and sitting there I realized that I have not missed a single episode. That means 100 hours sometimes they are two hours so that would mean more of just sitting on my butt in front of the TV haha, but to be honest it is so worth it. Jake knows the routine every thursday we hurry and make dinner at 7 and then by 8 he has to leave and go do something for an hour while it is one because I hate watching it with him because he talks through the whole thing. So last night as I was watching my favorite show cuddled up in my blanket in the dark all by myself I was so intuned and I cant believe it I bawled through the whole thing! It was seriously such a good episode and I cant wait for next weeks 2 hour season finale! If you havent ever gotten into this show I highly suggest renting the seasons. They are funny, intense, romantic, everything you need in a show! Anyway hope everyone has a great weekend. We are kinda bummbed they were supposed to start digging on our house this week and havent so hopefully next week!

This is how I feel right now!

So its that crappy time every two weeks when I have to go grocery shopping. Its not really the shopping part that I dread so much its the meal planning. It seriously gives me a headache and takes me like two days to plan meals for two weeks. I feel like I cook the same things over and over again. Our weekly meals consist of taco salad, grilled chicken, and enchiladas. Its pretty pathetic. Okay so last night the play was seriously AMAZING! I have heard so much about it and knew it was going to be good, but I didnt realize all the factors that come into place to make it so amazing. First of all the main characters were so great in their roles. Their voices were so beautiful and the Glinda seriously had Jake and I rolling on the floor of Laughter. She was so funny and so animated. The transitions during the play were another big thing that blew us away. Its so amazing how they can be singing and dancing and at the same time get in position for the next scene without even realizing it, that takes some serious organization. There was this really cool scene where Elphaba flies and it was so cool to see how they pulled it off, they dimmed all the lights and some black curtain thing was around so it looked just like the backdrop and then the lights only hit her green face. I dont know if I explained that very well but it was really cool. I really hope that later down the road the opportunity will come again that I can go again because it was seriously every penny.
Oh ya and you will notice that in all the pictures we have my whole family except Jake is missing...well he had a presentation to give in class at Weber last night and it was a final thing so he couldn't miss out. If you come just a couple minutes late they wont let you in. He seriously walked in at 7:28 and almost gave me a heart attack.
Anyways sorry to rub in the play for those of you that weren't able to go but it was great and if you ever get the opportunity take it!!!!

Slacker

Im sorry I have been a huge slacker this month on blogging. We have been really busy but just not around to take pictures so I have kinda been behind but here is a little update of what we have been up to. Last weekend we went to St. George for the Luv2Dance competition. We werent going to go but its kinda become a tradition with our families over the years so Friday night after work we decided to drive down, way last minute but we were so glad we went. The weather was a beautiful 80 degrees, and it was so fun to be able to relax in the sun!
Everything with the house is going smoothly but slowly. We met with the builder 2 weeks ago and made the adjustments to the floor plan we wanted to make which made us even more excited to get the process started. Now we just have to wait for the changes to be made and sign the plans so they can start digging. We are hoping that this will all happen in the next two weeks. Our landlord put our townhome up for rent so its just a matter of someone interested and then we can move out, and save some money living in my parents basement wahoo!! We actually are really excited we loved living there when we were first married. If anyone is looking for a place to rent please let me know! Its a perfect first home old and rusty but its been great for us.
Jake has one week left of school and then finals!!!!! We are so ready for the summer, and im so excited for school to be out so I can spend sometime with my honey, and hit the lake!
Tonight we are going to go see Wicked with my Family and we are stoked! We have been waiting for this day to come for so long. My parents bought the tickets last June and then gave them to us for Christmas gifts. I will definitely be taking pictures and will have lots to say about it tomorrow!

Snowboarding!

Saturday Alle and I decided to hit the slopes at Snowbasin! We had a blast! The weather was perfect I couldnt have asked for it to be any better! The beginning of the day it was kinda cloudy and was snowing a little bit but not enough to make us cold at all. The snow fabulous for being April and by the afternoon the sun was out and we were attempting to get a sun tan. As you can see I have been quite the hermit lately and my face is ghostly without makeup especially when you get next to someone who has hispanic in them that doesnt help much haha. But we can had a blast it was the perfect day to get in one last run before the season is over!

New Home

Big Surprise!! Jake and I are buying a home! We have kinda been really quite about this for the last couple of months because we werent sure if everything would lay out exactly how we wanted it to. But it all has worked out perfectly and it is obvious that it is time for us to get away from the renting disaster and be in our own place! We put in the offer today for a twin home in Layton! They arent built yet so the best part is that we get to pick out all the colors and upgrades we want to do. We can even rearrange some of the floor plan. Below is a slide show of some of the picks we took of the model home. It will have a similar idea but the colors on both the outside and inside will be different and some of the floor plan will be changed but we are so excited. They break ground in 3 weeks and then it will take 4 to 5 months to build so looking at September we will be on our way to a new home! We will definately be posting pictures of the whole building process so keep your eyes open for that. It feels good to finally get the word out it has been all Jake and I have talked about for the last couple months. Thinking it would never really happen but it is Yay!!!!!!!

Last weekend my two darling little sisters Kylie and Paige had their first Luv2dance competition. Because I am their favorite sister, I always try and make it to one so I can watch them dance. This year they were so cute and did so great. We are so proud of them. They both have grown so much and have become quite the little dancers.
I know she is beautiful. We will have to invest in a baseball bat in a couple years!

Their Show this year was dances from different centuries! As you can see Paige was from the 50's and Ky made the cuttest hairspray girl!
They had a heart on their bum so they had to show everyone. Paige is the 3rd in. The one with NO bum.

Adam Lambert Again

Okay I know this is not like me at all. But I have to show you all how amazing Adam really is. This week he was so different from what he has ever been before, and Im sure all of you who have said he is creepy and you dont like him has changed your mind. Adam Lambert

I have never been that into American Idol. But last week I watched it and saw Adam Lambert's Black and White Michael Jackson's performance and instantly feel in love. I was a little hesitant to see how he would pull this weeks country theme and once again he blows me away. Here is his performance for those of you who have not seen it. Many people hate it but I love how original he is and how he is on stage. I cant wait to see what else he does on this show!

Hawaii!!

Hawaii was wonderful! It was so nice to be able to escape for 5 days and not worry about a single thing and just relax. It has become one of my favorite places to visit. We were able to see so many amazing places and look outs. There is so much more to Hawaii than just sandy beaches. We stayed just one block away from front street which had all the shopping, restaurants, beaches, wharfs, anything else you could think of. It was fun to be walking distant to everything we needed but also a fun thing we decided to do was rent a Jeep Wrangler. Here are some sweet pictures of us with our killer car.

We did alot of snorkeling. Em has lived in Hawaii for over 2 years and knows of all the cool places to go. Our favorite place was Napili bay. We saw a whole family of turtles and Jake even
managed to swim with one.

We also climed down to another bay with the coolest trail to get to it. The snorkling wasnt as great but we saw some amazing wildlife on the way there.

Emily is dating a Local in hawaii named Bobby! We loved him he is so great and is so much fun. He was sweet enough to get us into the Hyett Lu au for free. Which was such a saver for us. The coolest thing was to watch him perform. They have a performance where they do a fire knife dance, He was the only one who performed and was amazing, and freaked the crap out of us. I didnt get any pictures because I was so glued to him but we have it all on film that maybe I can up load. But Bobby is a stud and we were happy to meet him!

Sunday Em got us on a sail boat which was fantastic. We had a blast. We watched two whales jump in and out of the water and followed them for a little bit and then one got super close to us and flipped his tail out of the water. It was amazing to be so close to them and see how HUGE they really are. 1 whale weighs about 6000 lbs which is just crazy to me. They only stay for the winter months so we were able to get the last of them before they headed back to Alaska.

All around Maui was awesome. We had some rainy days and it was over cast but it was just on and off. We still managed to get some sun and not let the rain stop us from doing the things we wanted to.

Anniversary

March 5th was one of the best days of my entire life! Being sealed to my sweetheart for time and all eternity was the greatest blessing I could ever ask for. Jake is such an amazing husband and has been such a great influence to me. Over this year we have learned so much about each other and have grown so close. Jake is my best friend! We do everything together and go everywhere together. I have noticed that I even act like him now! Its amazing how much your personalities feed off of each other when you are the only two people you spend time with. Jake and I have had alot of great experiences and have been able to see alot of new things. We have also been through some hard times and faced some difficult trials. But through this all I have learned to see what a big heart my Husband has. He is the sweetest person and would do anything for anyone. He is hard working and motivated. He is always making me laugh and the people around him, and most of all he has the strongest testimony that has helped me grow in the church in more ways than I could have imagined. I hope everyone is jealous because yes they dont get much better than him haha! I just wanted to tell my babe that I love him and am so grateful for this 1 year we have been able to spend together and cant wait to see what the future holds!

Angels & Demons

Since I have started my new job I have become quite the reader. I have never been into reading or have had time in the past so it has become my new hobby and its great. I love having time to spend on myself and do things I have always wanted to do. So the book I just finished was ANGELS AND DEMONS. It was seriously an amazing book. It was so hard to keep it down. It has everything a good book needs. Crime, Horror, Religion, Romance..
The best part of it is that the movie comes out May 15th with Tom Hanks. So if you have some extra time this was definitely worth every minute.

Spontaneous

I have kinda just had it with the snow. I have had an extremely bad taste of spring fever so guess what! Jake and I decided jokingly that we would like to go to Hawaii on Sunday. After a couple of hours we started to make ourselves really think we were going to go. So guess what after two days of searching and phone calls were going to Hawaii in two weeks for our anniversary! Haha kinda crazy but JJ and Kellie are coming with us and we are stoked! We were able to find some buddy passes that need to be used before the end of the month and a great deal on a beautiful condo. Yeah we are so stoked! I havent been very spontaneous since we got married so its nice to kinda just do something random and not worry about money and work! Im really excited So ya March 4-9th we will be laying on the beach and enjoying the sunshine! Ill let you know how it goes!

Valentines has never been my favorite holiday because I haven't ever really had anyone special to spend it with. Jake knew that so last year he thought that meant he had an out for the holiday. After a full year of guilt trips I think he learned his lesson. I dont expect anything big but a little dinner or something would be nice. I guess he decided to make up for last year because he surprised me with a day at the spa on Saturday. We did something called Muddy Buddies. I dont think I have to explain much about it its quite self explanatory. But lets just say a steam room, Tsunami Shower, and mud! After the steam room we got a full hour massage it was amazing. I have never spent any time at a spa and been pampered before. At first we felt a little uncomfortable sitting in our robes watching couples feed each other chocolate covered strawberries but before we knew it we fit right in! Happy V day honey I Love You!

U of U Gymnastics Meet

Last week my parents decided to leave us all here in the cold winter weather and take off to Cabo! I cannot even begin to explain how jealous I am of them. I have had major spring fever the last couple weeks and now that it is snowing it is making it even worse. Anyways because they were gone Jake and I had their tickets to the gymnastics meet! We had such a great time, it has been a while since just the two of us had a date night. They dominated the three other teams it was unreal. I have to say the Kristina Baskett is so talented. Everytime I watch her it gives me the goosebumps. She has such a cute body I admire her greatly! She makes those meets so much fun. Anyway I have to admit that we tried taking pictures because its been a while since I have posted pics on our blog. But I could not make a cute picture if my life depended on it :-(. so no pictures this week either!!!
I also have to tell JJ and Kellie thank you very much for giving us their bedset. I have been dying to re-do our bedroom but its just so expensive we havent had a head board and our bedding was so tacky! This weekend JJ and Kellie gave us their whole set. It looks so great in our room and I am entirely grateful for them. So again thank you thank you thank you!!

Super Bowl

I dont know if many of you watched th Super Bowl last night. For me it was a different experience. The Super Bowl has always been something my dad gets so excited for. He pumps us up all week for. He buys all our favorite junk food and teaches us everything about the teams that are playing. This year however my parents are lucky enough to be in Cabo right now so unfortunately i felt the pressure to continue the tradition. To be honest the game was very boring for me until the last 5 minutes hit. I felt that Arizona played as if they did not deserve to be at the Super Bowl but the last little bit of the game proved me wrong. I do feel that if they would have played a little better defense at the end of the game they probably would have won. Over all though my favorite part of the Super Bowl is the commercials. Most of the time they have me rolling on the floor with laughter. This year there was only a couple goods one but this one had me laughing for hours! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

There is not much to do on rainy/snowy weekends. I always find myself sleeping alot and acting very depressed. I was very surprised to have such a fun weekend and I am pretty sure it was all because of my new favorite game. The game is called Ticket to Ride. My parents bought Jake and I the Eroupe version for Christmas and we had such a great time playing literally all weekend long. We also have started playing a game called Settlers of Catan but I just cant quite figure out the strategy behind it and get so frustrated. If any of you are looking for a fun game to play I would suggest Ticket to Ride. Kids of all ages can play, it brings out your competitive side and makes you think. Geez I sound like a sales man, anyway its a fun game!
My Grandpa Snow just turned 73 yesterday so we went to celebrate his birthday. He is the greatest gramps anyone could ask for. Happy Birthday Grandpa!
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Im hoping this will be the last snow storm of the year. Im ready for spring to come!!
I almost forgot, Jake got a new job last week and started today!! We are very excited its been such a miracle for us to both find new jobs so quickly in such a hard time! New Job!

I has been quite a while since I have blogged and I am very sorry. Last week I started a new job at Fusion Imaging. It has seriously been an answer to my prayers. I just wanted to tell everyone thank you that have prayed for me and have been there for me during this very long search for the right job. It has taken alot of patience and alot of interviews but it has finally come. For those of you who dont know Fusion Imaging is a large printing company. During the Olympics in SLC they printed the large athlete posters that hung from the buildings downtown. Since that time we will be doing the special olympics and also the 2010 in Canada. I am so excited to be part of such a strong fast growing company. I have been hired to be an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant but there has been some bumps in the road and i am training on the Receptionist duties for a couple of months until they find a replacement and then continue to learn more about the company. It will be a great chance for me to learn the basics and then develop more knowledge over time. Just wanted everyone to know that I have moved on and am a very happy employee and very excited to see what the future will bring!!!

We had such a great weekend I am sad to see that it is already over. I think my new favorite get way place is to Kellie's' families Cabin up in the Unitahs. It is so pretty there all year long but the best time is during the winter when the only form of transportation is snowmobile. Its so quite and calm the only thing you can hear is the snow falling off of the trees. I have been sick all week so it was nice to be able to relax by the fire and watch movies, play games, and rest. We definitely did some snowmobiling which isn't the best for my cold but it was well worth it. Jake and I decided that our next investment will be snowmobiles. We both love toys and think its a great idea to start saving up for them now so that someday we can have it all! That's definitely wishful thinking but who knows one day we could be worth millions. I don't know how many of you know but when I was in 6Th grade I chipped my tooth on my grandparents old snowmobiles. One of them had some rusty breaks and I just happened to crash into the vinyl fence and chipped my tooth :-) its definitely not the same but Jake says it builds character and makes up for a good story. Christmas Week

Dang I wish I would have kept up on last week and all of our fun events. I always have a hard time paying attention to long blogs so i will try and keep it short but make sure to include details!! I was lucky enough to only have to work Monday last week. I showed up for work on Tuesday and it was slow as can be. My family and Jake were going up to Snowbird so at 9:00 I ditched out and went snowboarding. If any of you remember it was quite a blizzard that day so it was an interesting riding day for me. To be honest I have never snowboarded so terrible in my life. I got so frustrated because there was so much fresh powder and on slopes you are not familiar with its hard to know when to pick up speed and when not to so I spent most of the day clipped out which sucked but i definitely got a good leg work out and was sore the next day. Jake had a blast and so did my family. It was great to be able to be up there with them and we got some AWESOME pictures. Here they are.

Christmas Eve was kinda a crazy day and night for us. We learned that Missy and her kids were going to try and make it home for Christmas. So we decided to try and go to both of our family Christmas parties so we could see everyone. Unfortunately they weren't able to get on the plane they were flying stand by and just happened to be a crazy day for everyone especially with the storm so they drove home and arrived on Saturday! They had a late Christmas but we are so excited they finally moved home for good and now we can see them as much as we would like. We still made it to both Christmas parties and in bed by 1:00.

Christmas Morning Jake and I got up at pretty early and opened our gifts from each other. It was fun to spend our first Christmas morning together and find out how much we have learned about each other from last years Christmas. For the most part it was a hit and we both did great jobs shopping for each other. We then went to my parents house for Christmas breakfast and to open gifts they gave to us! I am so stoked we are going to WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been wanting to go ever since we went to New York sophomore year and am absolutely shocked we are going in April! Christmas day is my favorite especially one like this year when its dark outside all day because of a Huge snow storm. We always lay around in our Christmas Jammies all day and play games eat junk and just relax! I am sad it is over but at the same time relieved. Its time to get back into the working schedule and start saving money! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!! and Happy New Year!!!

Soldier Hollow

We had such a fun getaway this weekend. The Shaw Family reunion was this Saturday. We decided to take advantage of an excuse to get away and decided to stay in midway Friday and Saturday night. It was a blast. For the family reunion we went sledding at soldier hollow. I have always loved tubing. It brings out the little girl in me. I love the feeling of flying down the hill so fast that you have tears streaming down your face. The best thing about it was the lift that pulled you and your tube up so there was no work needed. It was the laziest form of tubing i have ever done. It was great to get to know that side of the family better. They are all very busy and only get together once a year at Christmas time. This was a great way to get to know everyone in an environment where everyone was having a good time and trying to figure out strategies of what would make us fly down the hill faster. We ended up linking about 30 of us and cruised down the hill. It was a blast and a perfect day to sled it wasn't snowing and i didn't get cold at all.

Getting Ready for the Pool!

Sunday night we had the Snow Christmas party. Every year Santa comes and we get to sing Christmas carols and welcome him into my grandparents house. My grandparents are so sweet they have started so many traditions for our family which make the Holidays exciting. Our family is huge there is 8 kids and each have at least 3 kids my parents have over 20 grand kids. There was over 30 people crammed around all opening presents. I have to say that Christmas is becoming my favorite Holiday. i never thought i would enjoy it more as an adult and getting excited to see peoples reactions when they see the gift i thought of to give to them. I have developed a whole new meaning of Christmas this year and am sad to see it almost be over! Anyways Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas Shopping

Friday was the first day I have had off since Thanksgiving! It was such a nice day and I got all of my Christmas shopping done I am stoked now i can relax the next couple of weeks before Christmas and not have to worry about making sure I have the right gifts. The hard part now is keeping it all such a secret. I have such a loud mouth and suck and keeping secrets with things i am excited about! I think Jake already has an idea of what is coming his way but he is such a sweet heart and will act surprised no matter what! Paige was lucky enough to come to the mall with my mom and I the line was short so she sat on Santa's lap and asked for a new Nintendo DS game. The lady told me that i could not take pictures but i snuck one in, she was not happy and i saw the dirtiest look ever but hear ya go! My cute little sister with Santa Claus!

Engagement

I love weekends when it snows. It gives me an excuse to stay inside and be lazy all day long. Its the best time to watch movies in your pajamas next to the fire. Or wrap Christmas presents! That's what I did most of the weekend until Sunday night came around it was exactly one year from the night Jake proposed to me! I cant believe its been a full year since the night we got engaged and to think that our 1 year mark is just around the corner blows me away. It feels like we have been together forever but when you think about it in days we are still considered newlyweds and i LOVE IT! gives us an excuse to kiss in public and show people how madly in love we are. ha ha k that sounds kind of cheesy. Anyway Jake proposed at Temple Square my favorite place during Christmas time. So of course we had to go to the same spot and take a picture at the place he proposed. I think its a great tradition to start we both decided that from here on out when Dec 14Th comes around we will be at Temple Square! I love looking back on how much has happened in one year and talking about how we felt that night. Jake and I are so close and keep getting closer everyday we were talking about how nervous he was to ask me I could tell he was nervous he forgot to get on his knee! But I think it wasn't nerves it was anxiety we were both so ready for that day to come we had waited long enough! Jake is my best friend and everyday i wake up next to him and feel like the luckiest girl to have found such an amazing husband! He is the perfect match for me and makes me want to be perfect for him. I love you honey! Thanks for everything!

Christmas Tree

I finally took pictures of my christmas tree. I kept thinking i was going to put a cute tree skirt and a star on the tree but after a week and not doing it i decided it probably was never going to happen! So here ya go its kinda a Charlie Brown christmas tree but it sure has put me in the spirit of Christmas. I also have started collecting the Willow Tree Nativity so here is a picture of it all decorated its small i still have many pieces to collect but its definately a start.

This weekend i was kind of lame I just cleaned all day on saturday. Jake was working so i decided it was time to make the place spick and span and I love having a clean house. I just got my sentsy and i have a christmas tree smell so i enjoyed listening to christmas music and spending time in a clean house. Today is my Dads birthday so last night we went to my grandpa and grandmas house for dinner! It was delicious and was so fun to spend time with them. I have the greatest grandparents in the world. These last couple of years i have grown so close to them they are the best. Well my grandpa decided to show off his Polish magic tricks. It was the funniest thing i have ever seen i was laughing so hard i was crying. I will try and post the video, last time i tried the file was to big to download so hopefully i can figure it out this time. But it was a blast and put a topper on my weekend!

Grandpa Russell

This week Grandpa's Headstone was finally installed! We have been waiting for so long to be able to finally see this in place. It came at the perfect time, Grandma's request was to at least have it before it was covered with snow and to be able to see it there under the big tree it is absolulty beautiful. Its a great reminder of Grandpa and what a wonderful man he was. There is not very many gravestones that tell a story but by looking at grandpas you can learn so much about him. Everyday we think about Grandpa and what a hero he was in our eyes. During the holidays we have found ourselves missing his presence, his stories and silly jokes that take a couple minutes to understand. We miss his love and his charming personality. We will forever remember Grandpa Russell and miss him everyday!

Utah Game

Rivalry always makes the best games. My family recently started tailgating to every game before. So we left Kaysville at 1:00 and headed up to Salt Lake for the big Utah BYU game. It was a perfect day, the sun was shinning and there was just a slight breeze. We enjoyed some nice hot dogs and our own game of football before the game. Then it all started, for those of you who watched the game the first three quarters were really involved. It was back and forth scoring and you could tell both teams were fighting til the end. The last quarter something happened to our Rivals and they were throwing interceptions like crazy. We caught 4 or 5 interceptions and 1 fumble in one quarter. It was insane. The Utes ended up dominating and scored 48 to 24 and we doubled their score. What a win! Right after the game they rewarded the Utes for winning the Mountain West Conference, and we got bumped to be ranked number 6 in the nation! My family is stoked and cant wait for the BCS bowl game. We are all crossing our fingers they will go to the fiesta bowl so we can go again. If not my dad is already planning the drive to the other games! I guess you could say we are die hard fans!!

Sunday we had our good friends Alders over and watched the starting show of 24! I forgot how much i love this show. This season looks to be the best one they have ever done. There are going a whole different direction on this show, and now im just waiting for January to hit and the season begins.

I am so excited for Thanksgiving to be here so i can set up our first Christmas Tree. This is going to be a different Christmas for me but i am so excited for the snow and christmas lights, the music, and hot chocolate!! Anyways Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

Weekend!

This weekend we had our Big Warehouse Sale. It turned out to be a great success! I did most of the Marketing and Advertising with the sale and i was shocked how many people heard about it and how many people showed up. It definitely sucked to work over the weekend long hours and on your feet all day long but it was great to get all the product out of our warehouse to make room for the new stuff coming in the next couple of weeks. I thought I would be at work on Saturday but other employees took the slack and i had the day off. I some how ended up helping my mom and little sisters clean out the basement and go through old boxes. It was so funny to see all the old stuff we collected over the years. By the time we were finished the garbages were over flowing and we still have 4 days until Garbage day so lucky Kylie had to jump in and pack it all down so we could get the rest in. It was so funny to see her so grossed out and all girly. Here are some pictures.

Saturday night we went out for Aaron's Birthday. We went to Prarie Scooner I have heard so much about it so i was so excited. The company was great and we had a good time, except the food was not that great at all. We were kinda disappointed.

Sunday Chris (Jake's Mom) asked us to help teach her Relief Society Lesson. It was on Joseph Smith and the letters he wrote to Emma while he was away. She put it together like a play so i was Emma and Jake was Joseph. It definately helped build my testimony for them. It is amazing to hear of the strenght they both had to be apart for all that time and still be able to accomplish all that they had. It is a true miracle. After we had dinner with the Shaws and then played games with my family. It was a great weekend!

I had put in some extra hours over the week so was able to have Monday off. We had our family pictures which we will get the proofs on Saturday so i will post some pics then. We are excited for the Utah game Saturday. Go Utes!!!

Cold has Come!

I can't believe how cold it has been lately. I guess my body was still in summer mode. I didn't really think that i would be excited for the cold. I have always been like my mom always looking for the warmth and the beach. But for some reason during this really poor stage of Jake and I's life I cant wait for Christmas. I have always been the one that doesn't think about Christmas until after Thanksgiving but this year i am so excited. Mostly for our first Christmas Tree!! I know that once Christmas is over i will be ready for summer but for now I am having a great time. I have added some new pics unfortunately they are from last year. But dont worry new ones are bound to come!!

UTAH VS. TCU

Wow last Thursday was an interesting game for the utes. It was really cold but with all the jumping up and down and screaming at the players and the refs I stayed pretty warm. I have definatly had a hard time staying awake all day today at work my body is not used to staying up late so when i dont get to sleep until after 11 its bad news which is sad because Jake and I used to stay up till 3 in the morning on week nights when we were dating. I wonder if that makes us boring now?

Any ways the game was alot of fun the Utes are now 10-0 and on the way to beating the Cougars in two weeks. I think it would be great if we had an undefeated season again like we did years ago. I have to say this was the perfect year for a great season because Jake is now offically converted to a Utah fan. We were going to be about a half hour late but instead Jake made us run like 5 blocks up hill to the staduim so we only missed the first 6 minutes of the first quarter. It reminded me of something my dad would do. I often see him doing little things that remind me of my dad. Anyway the Utes won 13-10 it was close but we love our team. GO UTES!!!!

I wanted to update my blog before now but Im a little behind and the last couple days were alot busier than i planned. On thrusday I had a girls night with all of my friends from high school. It was so great to see everyone and get together its amazing how crazy my life has been since high school and how easily it is to get out of touch. I dont know why we bought so many pumpkins

After the girls night we went and carved pumpkins at my parents house for Halloween the next night. My mom saw on Good Things Utah how to carve pumpkins with power tools. It was a blast and made the gutting process so much faster. I dont think we will ever do it the old fashion way again.

Halloween was interesting for me. I have always had some kind of party on Halloween and a reason to dress up. Except for this year it was a little different being married without any kids. Im sure everyone who is in this stage can relate there is not a whole lot to do. But we still had fun. Jake and I went Trick or Treating with Paige around the neighborhood until Chris and Jill came over with Caleb. He was a skunk for Halloween and i could not believe how "stinking" cute he was! Afterwards we watched my dads favorite of all times "Young Frankenstein" I personally think this movie is so boring and the black and white film makes me fall asleep everytime. But my dad loves the little dry jokes throughout the movie and always laughs his head off.

Saturday we went with some friends to Body World. Jake and I were so back and forth about going because it was so much money, but after going and seeing the whole exibit i would not have taken back the money for anything it was AMAZING! I have always been interested in how the body works and the little parts that make us who we are. The body is so complex there is no way of logically thinking how our body is the way it is. It is obvious that Heavenly Father is BRILIANT! One interesting fact i learned is that all of our arteries in an Adult body is equal to 60,000 miles long (long enough to be wrapped around the world twice) That is amazing!

Sunday night Jake and I went to Kam Hoskins dads viewing. His family is seriously amazing. Kam and I have been best friends for over a year now and the Hoskins family just blows me away they are so strong and have such great spirits it is obvious that Heavenly Father has been watching over them for years. It was so great to see Kam again and i wish him the best with the rest of his mission and cant wait to see him when he gets home for good!

Pumpkin Patch

Fall is my favorite time of year. Its the time when the leaves start changing colors, the air gets cooler and the Holidays begin! We went to the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday with my mom and little sisters. I haven't been since I was a little kid so it was good to be able to go back and think back on old memories. Its weird to think that the days are just around the corner when Jake and I will be there with our kids. We both still act like we are kids most of the time so its funny to look around and see everyone there with their little kids and Jake and I are there with ourselves and dragged our sisters to come with us so we didn't look like immature dorks. But it was alot of fun. Jake and I picked out our pumpkins and on Thursday night we are carving them with my family. My mom saw something on Good Things Utah where you can carve pumpkins with power tools so we are going to give it a try! I have been really sick all weekend so we had a pretty slow weekend but it was very relaxing and well needed. I am now feeling a million times better!

Caleb and Morgan

Sunday Chris and Jill brought Caleb over. This week was exactly two years since i told them they were going to be Caleb's parents. I cant believe how much he has grown up. He is just around the corner from 2 and he already has no baby in him. He has full on conversations, knows all of his animal noises. He does the cutest thing if you say Caleb what does a lizard say he sticks his tongue out. I cant believe what a little soccer player he has begun. You can obviously tell Chris wants to be able to show off his boy in the field. He plays catch perfectly and kicks the ball like you wouldn't believe. I look at Caleb and I see how much he has grown. They are such a cute perfect family. He is so happy with his parents and they are so perfect for them. They are all so happy It makes it that much easier for me. Some people think i am crazy to still have an open adoption with them but it honestly is the best choice i have ever made and being able to see them makes it so much easier for me! I can't wait for the day to come when Jake and I are ready to start our family, its crazy because Caleb makes me want to have a family! He was such a miracle that saved my life. Everyday I thank my heavenly father for bringing him to me!!

Eagle Eye

Yesterday I had the day off which i cant decide if its a good thing. I love it but for some reason i keep finding myself spending tons of money! We bought our first washer and dryer! I never thought the day would come that I would be spending money on cleaning supplies food, and washer/ dryers instead of clothes or whatever i felt like. Its definately a change and its amazing how expensive everything is but they are awesome and work like a charm. It will be so nice being able to do laundry through out the week instead of all in one day trying to get it all done!

Friday Jake and I went and saw Eagle Eye. We both have been wanting to see it since it came out I love Shia LaBeouf I think he is such a great actor. It was really good and we were both entertained but i dont know if i would reccommend it the ending wasnt good at all. It seemed like they werent sure how it was going to end so they just decided to throw in a ending!

Jakes Birthday

Friday we went to Nightmare on 13th with some friends. It was really fun to get together with friends. Jake and I both have a hard time getting scared over that kind of stuff but it definitely was fun to get out and celebrate the Halloween Holiday. I do have to admit there were somethings that bother me like clowns and chain saws. I'm really big on personal space. Again i did the dumbest thing, my battery was dead on my camera so i took it out to charge it and went to take pics and found out i forgot to put it back in so i didn't get to take pictures of the graphics but it was pretty incredible.

Saturday was Jakes 23rd Birthday. We went four wheeling again but this time it was a different story because it had been raining for two days so the dirt was the thickest clay ever. We had a blast though i dont think i have been that dirty for a long time. It took us about 3 hours to get everything clean and then we had cake and Ice cream with my family and then tonight we had Jakes family come over to celebrate.

I just wanted to let Jake know how much i love him and tell him Happy Birthday. This was the first birthday i was able to spend with him and hope it was special for him. I game him a JVC HDD camcorder for his birthday so now we will remember our memories forever.

Ute Game

Thursday we went to the Utah Oregon game. I can not believe what a great game that was. I think we went through every emotion of hating our team and then loving them. At one point i could have sworn my dad was going to have a heart attack but by the last couple of minutes of the game the Utes came through and beat Oregon. We after were able to rush the field and sing the school song with the players it was great. Unfortunately i forgot my phone and camera and couldn't take pictures. But we love the Utes and are excited for the rest of the season.

Weekend with the Snows!

This weekend Flew by i cant believe how busy it was. On Friday we got together with 3 of Jakes friends and their Wives. We first went and watched Chels perform at the Davis game and then went out to dinner. It was so much fun to spend sometime with friends after a while i think Jake and I get sick of each others lame jokes and we are desperate need of some friends haha! Saturday Chels was going to Homecoming with CJ her super cute boyfriend so i received the honors of doing her hair which took us quite a while and then we took off right after and went to the Ute game and dominated Weber state!

Jake and I have both been born and raised in families obsessed with nature. We decided to go for a ride in the Ranger and enjoy the fall leaves. All the girls were piled in the back and i have seriously never laughed so hard in my life, we were dodging for rocks and trees the whole time and with so much weight in the ranger we though for sure the breaks were going to give out. But the leaves were beautiful and it was so much fun to be with the whole fam on one four wheeler! Thanks Jared for letting us borrow it!

Weekend

I am loving my new work schedule with every other friday off. I am sad the weekend is almost over and i have a full week ahead of me! But we have had a fun couple of days. Thursday night we decided to have a rock band party. It was so fun because my parents got way into it and my very musically talented family was singing on the tops of their lungs!

Saturday we decided to take the boat out one last time before the season was over. It was freezing cold and was in and out of rain the morning but we still found ways to have fun and enjoy the amazing water since there was not any other boats on the lake. Jake Tried skiing for the first time in years and of course my husband is amazing and mastered it perfectly. Here are some pictures of him.

After boating we decided to head down to Ikea and buy a bookshelf for Jake's office. We had a blast we both love the store and we riding the carts all over. The best part was when we had to take the bookshelf home in my car and it barely fit. I was uncomfortable and squished the whole time. The sacrifice we make for gas mileage i do not know why!!

Quirks

Oh no chels..im not that interesting!! Ill try but it might end up being something totally different.

1. I am absolutly a clean freak. Jake says it is my addiction, which i think is pathetic i just like to live in a clean house. I am happier when its clean and its more welcoming. He says i am over the top when i see a sock laying on the floor and its not picked up in 5 seconds!

2.I dont have very much patience and when i get upset i kinda through little tantrums. Jake hates it, i get it from my dad and we are both working on it but i dont tolerate very much!

3. I have a huge issue with biting my nails. I have tried and tried to stop but nothing will. I have done the nail thing and i miss them like craxy but i always bite them off so there is no point in having them.

4. I hate it when people have something on their face and nobody tells. I am always the first one to be brutally honest and tell you to go blow your nose. Or hand you a piece of gum when your breath stinks!

5. I am extremely afraid of heights. I cant even climb a ladder it scares me to much. I think its cuz i fell off a fence when i was little!

6. I always show my emotions. I have never been one to hide how i feel or what i think because my face tells it all. Every since i was a baby i was the queen of dirty looks, i still give them and not even notice i am. I am sorry to anyone i have ever offended. I really dont mean to, i guess I got this one from my dad too. I used to be called little Edweena!!

Its been awhile

A couple weekends ago i was really busy but finally the Ute games have started up again. I am not a student there but have grown up a fan my whole life i guess you could say my family is "Die Hard" fans we have season tickets and even try to go to the away games. Here is a picture of me and my sisters before the first home game started.

On Saturday Jake and I went four wheeling again with JJ and Kellie. It was probably one of the most fun times i have ever had four wheeling. It has started to cool down so it wasnt as hot and we happened to have found a part of Morgan i had no idea even existed.

Labor Day Weekend

This was quite the busy weekend for Jake and I. But we still were able to find time to have fun. My parents went to Michigan for the weekend to go to the Utah game. Which of course I have to mention the won by two points what a great game and I am so jealous they didnt bring us along with them this time. Since they were gone Jake and I played the parent role all weekend for my sisters. It was a blast we had a great time. On Friday my little sister Paige performed at the football game with the Drill team which she thought was the coolest thing ever, and of course my other sister Kylie had to join, she just got to the Junior High age when its way cool to go to the High School games and see all the cute boys! She had a crazy little story that happened to her that night. Its kinda long but i have to tell it. She was with her friends taking pictures and she accidently put her camera on the ground. She was sitting down for a while and then got up and left. About two hours later she realized she never picked her camera up. She went over there and of course it was gone. She comes up to me after the game just bawling and so upset. Kylie decided we needed to say a prayer and ask to have help to find her camera. We all decided to split up and look all over until we found it. But the camera was nowhere to be found. Jake was on his own and asked some random kid not anywhere near where kylie was when she left it. And he said he saw someone pick it up. All he knew was that his name was Devin and he worked at Taco Maker. We left the game and drove to taco maker and got the kids phone number. Jake called him up and got him to confess to stealing Ky's camera and met up with us and gave it back. It was crazy. Jake said once he met the guy he was shocked how honest he was about it, it was such a miracle and definately made Kylies day! I am still shocked that we just so happened to find the guy who took the camera and then he answered and brought it to us. She is one lucky girl!!

On Saturday we drove to Draper to see my Aunt and Uncle and their kids. They needed help putting in their yard and Jake is the perfect guy for the job. He has all the equipment from work to get it done quickly but it still took us about 5 hours to get all the dirt and rocks where they needed to go. I had a blast, They have a 3 year old little boy that became my best friend at lake powell and we just played the whole time. I had no idea a little kid could love me so much he is darling. After we left draper we went four wheeling in Morgan at Grandpa Russells property. It was a blast, it was the first time Paige has ever been and she was having the time of her life.

The rest of our weekend was way chill and just whatever it was good to have an extra day to get house work done and grocery shopping before Jakes old companion came and stayed with us last night. All is well with the Shaws!!

School Starts

Jake just started school on Monday. Which i can tell he was just so excited for it to start..(not really) I practically had to beg him to sign up for his classes so we could get it done and over with. He is still just taking his generals and the classes just drag but its alwasy rewarding when the semester is over. I am not going to school this semester so i think it makes it even harder for him to concentrate. But lucky him he got glasses the other day so we can actually see the bord and be a better student!! He is so dang cute, i dont know why glasses got the reputation to be nerdy because it think they are good looking. Here are some pics of him, he can kinda be a dork sometimes but thats why i love him!

We just recently got back from Lake Powell. We had a blast, it was our second time going this year. My grandpa has a time share in a house boat so we try to go at least every year. This was the first time Jake got to come with the Snow's and he had a blast. It was fun to see how well he got along with my family. We are already looking forward to going next year!!!

Our Weekend

On Friday night Jake and I went camping with his brothers, Kellie, and Charlie. We had such a great time. It was nice to have a little get away and enjoy the mountains, and go four wheeling. In the morning they got up early and went fishing. Im not big in fishing so i came home and went shopping with my mom. It was fun to have a girls day and get some cute decorations for our cute new home!!
