Finally!!!!!!!!

Yay Finally a Hole!!! Its only half a hole haha but Jake and I are excited to see that they have at least attempted to start on our house. We have been quite frustrated because 3 weeks ago they said they were going to start our house and wanted to do ours first because they knew we are in a rush. Two weeks later still no hole. We called them and they were like "oh there has been some delays we had to make make sure everything was clear with the bank after we made changes to the floor plan. We will be starting it on Monday though" At this point they had dug 2 holes framed one and started framing another. So Monday we went to go see our hole. There was one but not ours grrrr we were so upset. So we called again haha I know im sure they are sick of us already! But they said we are digging Thursday, and for once we were able to believe them because sure enough we have half a hole!

American Idol

Im sure most of you were expecting this post knowing my love for Adam Lambert. I am seriously so disappointed in America. Adam is seriously one of the most amazing singers there has ever been on this show of all 8 season! He knows it, Kris knows it, and so do all the judges. The thing that ticks me off most of all is because most people didnt vote for him because his personality freaked them out, the way he dressed and his life style. But last time I checked this was a vocal competition and Adam was amazing could sing any song and could hit any notes! Im really sad but I know he will soon write a album and it will be amazing! On a side note, I do really like Kris he held on a really good competition and will write great music and will do so well. Its great so see this young humble man do so well and come so far, He will do great things!
Im really excited though my favorite show of all time starts tonight SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE! I love it and my whole family freaks out during the summer just for this show haha. I swear Im not a TV freak but there are shows that really intrigue me!

Angles and Demons

Jake and I went and saw Angels and Demons on Saturday. The movie did not get really good reviews and after talking to several people they didnt know why because everyone thought they did a really good job. Well after recently reading the book just a few months ago the whole plot is still really fresh on my mind and I have to say I was very disappointed. There were some scenes that turned out really well but all around they cut out way to much information and changed some of the characters and actually didnt even include a character which kinda bothered me. The beginning was really confusing for those who had not watched it because they did not give enough detail as to what is going on and the details to why things happened. Jake really liked it and so did my parents. If you havent read the book I would suggest it, and if you have just keep in mind that there is alot of the really good stuff missing!
We really had such a great busy weekend though. Saturday we also broke in the boat for the first time this season. We seriously froze our butts off because the wind was blowing and the water was so cold. I wore sweats the whole time haha and didnt even get in the water. I am a baby about the cold. But Jake did and tested out his new board and loved it. It got us all so excited for the summer and these nice hot days!

Adams Canyon

Jake and I had a great weekend. The sun was finally out and we could get a taste of the nice spring weather! We went hiking up Adams Canyon Sunday morning and took Jared's dog Cowgirl! She is such a great dog and we had such a great time. I love the summer time and all the fun activities there is to do at anytime of the day. Unfortunately being up there triggered my allergies and I have been miserable all day but at least it is a phase and it will pass by.

Grey's Anatomy

I am starting to feel quite pathetic. Grey's Anatomy has been my favorite show since season one episode 1. Last night they had their 100th episode, and sitting there I realized that I have not missed a single episode. That means 100 hours sometimes they are two hours so that would mean more of just sitting on my butt in front of the TV haha, but to be honest it is so worth it. Jake knows the routine every thursday we hurry and make dinner at 7 and then by 8 he has to leave and go do something for an hour while it is one because I hate watching it with him because he talks through the whole thing. So last night as I was watching my favorite show cuddled up in my blanket in the dark all by myself I was so intuned and I cant believe it I bawled through the whole thing! It was seriously such a good episode and I cant wait for next weeks 2 hour season finale! If you havent ever gotten into this show I highly suggest renting the seasons. They are funny, intense, romantic, everything you need in a show! Anyway hope everyone has a great weekend. We are kinda bummbed they were supposed to start digging on our house this week and havent so hopefully next week!
